Temporary recruitment. All in one place.
Templace runs the whole temp desk — the careers site, onboarding, compliance, shifts, timesheets, payroll and the key information document — under your agency’s own name, colours and logo.

From the job advert to the payslip, without changing system.
Most agencies run a careers site, a CRM, a compliance tracker, a timesheet portal and a payroll bureau, and spend their week copying between them. Templace is one record from the first application to the last invoice.
Your agency’s name on every screen. Ours on none of them.
These ten agencies are invented, and every picture of them on this site is real: the same platform, published and photographed ten times. Careers site, console, emails, payslips, schedules and invoices all carry the agency’s own logo, colours and type.
Meet the ten agenciesOne shift, offered to everyone who can actually take it.
Broadcast a shift and Templace offers it only to workers who are free, cleared for the role and the site, and inside the hours they can legally work. Each of them is emailed a link and answers on their own phone; the first to say yes is checked again before they are confirmed, because a lot can change in an hour.
- Eligibility first: availability, checks, working time and travel
- Re-checked at acceptance, not just when the offer went out
- Filled once: the assignment and its pack are created, other offers withdrawn

Nobody is booked until every check is in date.
Right to work, DBS, registrations, references and training are set per sector and per role. Until all of them are present and current the worker cannot be booked, and the gate says exactly which one is missing.
- Per sector and per role, not one checklist for everyone
- Expiry watched, with notices sent before a check lapses
- Waivers are recorded, with a reason, an authoriser and an end date

Holiday worked out the way the regulations say, in hours.
Entitlement accrues on the hours actually worked. Pay for leave uses the 52-week reference period, skipping weeks with no pay. A booking that would take a worker past what they have earned is refused, with the figures.
- 12.07% accrual for irregular-hours and part-year workers
- Reference period to the regulation, with the weeks it used shown
- Kept six years, as the law has required since April 2026

The worker and the hirer never need a login to forget.
The worker’s own page shows today’s shift, directions, check-in, availability and their documents. The hirer approves the week from a link. Both arrive in the agency’s colours, on a phone, with nothing to install.
- Check-in is a record of where the phone was — the hours paid are the ones the hirer approves
- Timesheets checked against the minimum wage before approval
- No password to forget: a link by email opens the worker’s own page
Four new modules, from looking hard at the market leaders.
Each one closes a gap against the established platforms — and each one does something they do not: it refuses the unlawful step, or it tells you how much a number knows.

Holiday pay and leave
Entitlement in hours, the reference period to the regulation, and refusals with the figures.

Sales pipeline
Opportunities by stage, valued at run rate. No deal is agreed without regulation 17 terms on file.

Open shifts
Broadcast to everyone eligible, re-checked at acceptance, filled once.

Desk performance
Fill rate with its denominator and a 95% interval. No rank on too few outcomes.
What you get here that the big platforms make you ask for.
Your own website on your own address, prices on the page, AI free to start, and a system that cannot be changed or entered behind your back.
Your website, your address
The whole agency website runs from Templace on your own domain — jobs, registration, contractor and client logins — in your brand alone.
How it worksPrices on the page
A licence per ten users, a fee per worker registered and per week paid. AI is free to start, then by user, company or whole agency.

Rule changes the law forces arrive and tell you what moved. Everything else waits for your yes. We come in only when invited, or with a notice.

The comparisonSoftware can’t comply with an Act. People do.
What software can do is make the compliant path the easy one, refuse the step that would break the law, and keep the evidence that you didn’t take it. That is the whole design.
The law Templace is built toIt refuses rather than warns
A worker without a current right to work check is not bookable. A deal is not agreed without regulation 17 terms. A fee above a framework cap is refused.
It keeps the evidence
Every refusal, waiver and override is kept with who, when and why, in a register you can hand to an inspector.
It shows its working
Holiday entitlement, AWR weeks, statutory pay and fill rates come with the rule or the figures they were worked from.
It says what it doesn’t do
Templace produces RTI submissions and CIS300 returns and does not file them, because it never holds Government Gateway credentials.
Built for the rules of each sector, not one checklist for all.
A supply teacher, a theatre nurse and an HGV driver need different checks, different day rules and different documents. Templace knows which is which.
See it with your own agency’s name on it.
A trial runs on sample data in your colours and your logo, so the people who will use it can judge it as theirs. Tell us your sector and how many workers you place in a week.
