Your whole website, run from Templace, on your own domain.
Not a careers page bolted onto your site. Your site — every page, your logo and pictures — with Templace’s doors built into it, at the address your clients already know.
Everything a candidate, worker or client comes to your site for.
Jobs
The jobs board, filled from the vacancies you publish in the CRM. Nothing shows that you have not published.
Register now
The full registration, landing in your applicant inbox with the CV read for you.
Contractor login
Each worker’s own page: today’s shift, directions, check-in, availability and documents.
Client login
Your clients sign in, search cleared and available staff (first name, role and area, never contact details) and ask for someone.
Book a call
Visitors pick a slot from your diary; the booking arrives in your inbox.
An assistant
Answers visitors’ questions from what is on your site, and hands over to a person when it should.

Two of the ten invented agencies photographed for this site. Each one’s site is in its own brand, run from the same platform.
On your address, in your name only
You add one record at your domain registrar and the site answers at your own address, with its certificate issued automatically. Your candidates, workers and clients see your name, your logo and your colours on the site, on the sign-in pages and on every email — which leave from your own domain, through your own mail server. Templace is not named to them anywhere.
Bring the site you have
If you already have a website you like, Templace can take a copy of its pages, pictures and styles and serve it as it looks today, with the doors added. If you would rather start again, start from a template and change anything: pages, wording, pictures, sectors, accreditations.
Kept in step with the desk
Vacancies, sectors and staff availability on the site come from the CRM, so the site cannot offer what the desk has not published, and a client account withdrawn in the console is signed out on the site at once. Registrations, bookings and enquiries land in the console’s inbox.
See it with your own agency’s name on it.
A trial runs on sample data in your colours and your logo, so the people who will use it can judge it as theirs. Tell us your sector and how many workers you place in a week.
