Home / Onboarding

Checked once, properly, before anyone is booked.

Workers and hirers are onboarded through the same record that books and pays them, so a missing check is a stopped booking, not a finding at audit.

Candidates

Registration that knows the sector and the pay route.

The questions change with the sector, the role and how the worker will be paid. It saves as they go, picks up on another device, and asks for each check in the order it is needed rather than all at once.

  • References to the number the sector requires
  • Qualifications chosen from the role’s own list
  • Right to work recorded with the method used and the evidence
  • Address lookup and a photograph rule the site can rely on

Work Ready Gate

One answer to “can we book them?”

The gate brings every requirement together and gives a single answer with the reason. It is the same gate the booking, the shift offer and the payroll run all read, so nothing gets round it by another door.

  • Names the check that is missing
  • Waivers carry a reason, an authoriser and an expiry
  • Absolute stops cannot be waived at all

Hirers

Terms agreed before the first booking, not after.

New hirers are looked up at Companies House, set up with their sites and one main contact for each, and taken through a questionnaire they can complete themselves. Terms are recorded as a document before the deal is agreed.

  • Regulation 17 terms recorded as a document, not a tick
  • Credit limit and hold read by the booking gate
  • A hirer view of bookings, approvals and invoices

A trial runs on sample data in your colours and your logo, so the people who will use it can judge it as theirs. Tell us your sector and how many workers you place in a week.
