Home / How it works

One record, from the first application to the last invoice.

Templace is a single platform for an employment business: the work-seeker, the hirer, the assignment and the money all live in one place, so nothing is keyed twice and every check can see everything it needs to.

01 · Attract

Attract

Each agency publishes its own careers site from the console. Jobs are drawn from the requirements open when the site is published, and applicants who are not right today are parked, not deleted.

Shown as Halo HospitalityWebsite studio. The agency’s own careers site: colours, type, sectors and live jobs, published from the console.
02 · Onboard

Onboard

Registration adapts to the sector and the pay route, can be picked up where it was left, and asks for references, qualifications and checks in the order they are needed. Hirers are onboarded too, terms first.

03 · Match

Match

Matching shows who is free, cleared, qualified and able to reach the site, and explains each result. When nobody is clear it says why, so the next phone call is the right one.

Shown as Pacer DrivingThe whole book on a map. Where every worker is and how far they will travel, against the sites you supply.
04 · Comply

Comply

The booking gate refuses double bookings, breaches of daily rest and the 48-hour week, expired checks and credit-held hirers. Waivers need a reason, an authoriser and an end date.

Shown as Ironside IndustrialWhat we stopped. Every booking, payment and document the platform refused, and why. The evidence that the controls are working.
05 · Deploy

Deploy

Before anyone starts, the assignment pack goes to the worker, the payroll intermediary where there is one, and the hirer: the schedule, the KID built from that assignment’s rate and hours, and the terms.

06 · Pay

Pay

Timesheets approved by the hirer feed pay and bill. Templace runs PAYE, CIS and limited company payments, reconciles umbrella and PEO, works out holiday and statutory pay, and raises the invoice.

The whole product

Every module in build 30.60.

Read from the build itself when this site was made, with the line each screen shows at the top to tell you what it is for. Grouped the way the console groups them.
